Aiken Master Gardener Assn - January Lunchbox Lecture

Come out Monday Jan 15 (MLK Day) at 12:30PM for the initial AMGA Lunchbox Lecture kicking off our 2018 monthly lecture schedule. Our speaker with be Emeritus Aiken Master Gardener Jim Pierce, topic - "Pruning Tips". Winter is often an optimum time to prune trees and shrubs, since the structure of the plant is visible. A useful pruning calendar (from George Reeves) is available on the AMGA website (http://www.walterreeves.com/uploads/AJCshrubprunning.pdf). The calendar of upcoming Lunchbox lectures and other 2018 events is posted on our website. Lunchbox lectures are a free public educational service of the Aiken Master Gardener Association open to all residents.
